1. Introduction

3. DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which girlfriend.app may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
girlfriend.app reserves the right to terminate access to the Website for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material. We will review each notice of infringement and may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others.
